I do hate to get rid of books. And it never fails, when I do, I find myself thinking about a plot, then wanting to look for the book, then realizing I gave it away. :( Same with when I get rid of clothes. They always say if you don't wear something for 6 months to get rid of it. But inevitably, when I do, I start looking for it and then missing it, kicking myself for not keeping it. And getting rid of books is painful for me. There are too many that I love! I usually donate them to the public library.
